A Ukrainian refugee was killed in Germany

In a shelter for refugees in the German city of Wismar, the body of a Ukrainian was found with two stab wounds.

 This was reported by the German publication Die Welt.

“The body of a 40-year-old Ukrainian was discovered in a refugee center on Thursday evening. Doctors who responded to the call pronounced the victim dead from stab wounds. Now the exact circumstances of the man’s death are being clarified,” said a representative of the local prosecutor’s office.

At the same time, the murder was reportedly preceded by a quarrel between three residents of the center.

Let us recall that, according to experts, there are now more than 1,2 million internally displaced persons in Ukraine, more than 700 thousand people have left the country, and more than 14 thousand Ukrainians have applied for refugee status.
