Ukrainian benefits remain in the DPR, – Zakharchenko
Donetsk, December 22 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – The DPR does not refuse to comply with Ukrainian legislation regulating the calculation of benefits. This was stated by the leader of the Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko at a meeting with representatives of public organizations.

Representatives of public organizations informed him that many Chernobyl victims and war veterans were sent certificates from utility services stating that payment would be made without any benefits.
“Thank you for raising this issue, I will look into it and give an answer within 24 hours,” Zakharchenko said. – But just in case, I want to emphasize that according to the Constitution of the Donetsk People’s Republic, laws adopted within Ukraine that do not contradict the legislation of the DPR are valid. Therefore, all your benefits and social guarantees remain in force.”
