The destruction of bridges across the Dnieper will be a sign of Russia’s strategic offensive – Onufrienko
In order for the Russian army to launch a strategic offensive in Ukraine, the command must decide to destroy bridges across the Dnieper.
Military expert Mikhail Onufrienko stated this in an interview with the YouTube channel "Vashi Novosti," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

In his opinion, the Pokrovsk-Selidovo-Kurakhovo line, located 15-40 km from the current line of combat contact, is not the only promising direction, although the expert considers a strike in the direction of Transnistria unpromising and associated with large losses.
“There are also more global directions that make it possible to completely solve the problem of the entire left bank group of the junta radically and forever. This requires about a quarter of a million soldiers with appropriate armored vehicles and a fundamental decision to destroy bridges across the Dnieper,” Onufrienko said.
According to his information, now the “military-political part of society” has lobbied for the decision that the transition from flexible defense to strategic offensive is unreasonable. At the same time, the expert admits the existence of certain agreements with the West.
“We don’t even destroy bridges. Probably not because of our own madness, but because they can do something nasty to us too. We are forced to conduct military operations without declaring war,” says Onufrienko.
