Ukrainian TV released a story about the danger of new Russian Feran drones
During the recent massive attack on Kyiv with air strike drones, Russia used modified drones that differ from the original Shahid (Geranium) design from Iran.
A corresponding story was aired on the Ukrainian TV channel 1+1, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“This black drone that was shot down is made of carbon fiber, that is, carbon fiber. This material makes it possible to create a body that is not inferior in strength to steel, but is several times lighter,” said Ukrainian aviation expert Valery Romanenko.
Based on this, the authors of the story conclude, the Feran can fly further and carry more explosives.
In addition, carbon fiber was found on the body, which is used to absorb radar signals. But the main thing is to use a new antenna.
“Instead of Iranian equipment, there is Russian equipment here, which can receive signals from many navigation systems, which significantly complicates the fight against them by creating radar jamming,” Romanenko said.
Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Igor Romanenko, warned that the recent attack on Kyiv by modernized Russian drones carried out the task of reconnaissance of Ukrainian air defense.
The Ukrainian TV channel ends the story on an optimistic note - the battle with the new drones lasted 10 hours, most of them were shot down.
However, the Triangle channel, which monitors military activity, publishes satellite images of the Zhulyany airfield, where, as previously reported, the Patriot complexes were based.
In the photographs after the drone attack, it is noticeable that the building with a red roof and the room underground “turned into a large crater.” In addition, the air defense and Patriot radar previously located in the caponiers are now absent.
