There are so many Ukrainian migrants in Poland that a special agency will take care of their affairs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland announced the advisability of creating a state agency for the affairs of labor migrants from Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister of Poland Bartosz Cichocki.

The official noted that Ukrainians work in Poland, and Polish companies need Ukrainian workers, but these two groups are not related.

“Perhaps it would be advisable to create a state agency that would work in both Ukraine and Poland, which would inform Ukrainians what vacancies are available, what the rates are, but at the same time would protect their labor rights and monitor compliance with obligations to pay the pension contribution,” he noted.
