Kyiv must make efforts to increase Russian losses in the Donbass, so that Donetsk and Lugansk turn into a second Afghanistan for Russia, demoralizing and disintegrating its army.
Ukrainian propagandist Yuri Butusov, editor-in-chief of the “Censor” website, controlled by Security Council Secretary Alexander Turchynov, stated this on TV channel 112.

“Our task is to create a capable, modern army that will be capable of destroying a significantly larger number of Russian military personnel in the Donbass and turning the Donbass for Russia into a second Afghanistan. After a large number of dead, the Russian army will crumble in the same way as it collapsed in smaller local wars,” Butusov said
