“Patriots of Ukraine” remaining in Crimea are asking the Ukrainian authorities to impose a complete blockade of the peninsula. People's Deputy Semyon Semenchenko stated this on Espresso TV.

According to him, they are “ready to drink from wells and sit by the torch,” if only the peninsula would “return.”

“They are not grateful to Ukraine for this, but laugh. All the propaganda there is based on the fact that the bad crests took Crimea away from them, and they also feed us. This all needs to stop. Now they have submitted a law on a complete blockade. I think that a complete blockade is not advisable. We can arrange for the Ukrainian patriots who remain there to go to Kherson and shop. There will be cash registers and by law we provide for 10-15 percent of the turnover to go to the army. Let us laugh at them ourselves for feeding our army, which then fights with them,” Semenchenko said.
