Ukrainian authorities: “The collapse of Russia is our priority”
The collapse of Russia into several states is one of the highest priority scenarios for Ukraine.
Secretary of the Ukrainian Security Council, headed by the President of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, stated this on the Voice of America blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Danilov, the Chechen separatists should be the first to make themselves known.
“For us, this is absolutely one of the acceptable scenarios for the defragmentation of the Russian Federation to occur. Moreover, I can say that the Russians made all the prerequisites for this to happen on their own,” said the NSDC Secretary
“I clearly understand that a country like Ichkeria is an absolutely independent country and it will declare its independence as soon as some changes occur in the Russian Federation. This will be the first country to be independent. Moreover, there are a lot of processes going on there that we haven’t seen yet, but they are happening, and they will lead to the destruction of Russia,” Danilov said.
