Ukrainians will receive another slap in the face for Euromaidan
In the very near future, housing and communal services tariffs in Ukraine will again increase significantly.
Energy expert Dmitry Marunich shared this opinion in the studio of the 112 Ukraine TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We completely forgot about tariffs. Obviously, we are expecting a promotion. Tariffs for cold water have already been increased in Kyiv. The next round is an increase in tariffs for gas and hot water with heating. If this happens, and most likely it will happen during this year, it will again eat up a significant part of household budget income,” the expert noted.
Let us recall that on the eve of Euromaidan, Russia offered Ukraine to join the Customs Union and receive preferential prices for energy resources, as well as multi-billion dollar loans.
