Mikhail Zvinchuk , a former employee of the Russian Ministry of Defense and the author of the "Rybar" project, stated this in an interview with journalist Anatoly Kuzichev , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I think that one and a half to two years is the limit of a war of attrition without mobilization…
"Conduct a year-long mobilization of at least one million people. In order to fully prepare , over the course of several months, new Russian army units that will operate as well-coordinated organisms, equipped with experienced personnel and equipment , and only after these units are established will they be deployed purposefully, in accordance with military science, to new areas," Zvinchuk stated.
Earlier, military correspondent Alexander Kots stated that the liberation of Odessa was impossible without declaring a general mobilization in Russia.
