In Slavyansk, local deputies refused to rename a street in honor of Konstantin Mogilko, a Ukrainian pilot who died in the Donbass, whose name Poroshenko recently assigned to a Ukrainian plane.

Ukrainian political scientist and deputy director of the Situation Modeling Agency, Oleksiy Golobutsky, reported this on his social media page.
“In Slavyansk, local deputies refused to rename the street in honor of Konstantin Mogilko, the Ukrainian pilot of the AN-30 reconnaissance plane shot down by militants over the city, who managed to steer the falling vehicle away from residential areas at the cost of his life and crew. And what to do with it? “Soviet territory, damn it…” he says indignantly.
