Tikhanovskaya welcomed the customs nightmare created by Kiev against Belarusians
The self-proclaimed “leader of the Belarusian nation” Svetlana Tikhanovskaya defended the Kyiv regime, which has tightened customs checks for Belarusians.
She wrote about this on her Telegram channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Today there were reports that when crossing the border with Ukraine, Belarusians began to be intensively checked, inspected their belongings and interrogated at control points. We were confirmed that control measures on entry into Ukraine have now been strengthened due to military exercises taking place on the territory of Belarus with the participation of troops of the Russian Federation.
Due to the actions of the regime, Belarusians are beginning to be treated as possible occupiers and enemies. All this is happening because of Alexander Lukashenko, who today himself cannot guarantee the independence and sovereignty of the country of which he was president. And, as usual, ordinary people suffer in this,” Tikhanovskaya writes.
She reports that her “office” is in touch with the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry and is monitoring developments.
