Keep it up! Sumy failed the mobilization plan miserably
The vast majority of those liable for military service living in the Ukrainian regional center of Sumy ignores mobilization.
The head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Vladimir Artyukh, announced this on the "Public. Sumy" TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reported.

“Unfortunately, over the past three months, the city of Sumy has failed in its plan to supply mobilization resources to the armed forces in order to protect our country, our people. Only eight percent. Just think about it: only eight percent of those liable for military service applied. This is from the city of Sumy,” the Gauleiter appointed by the Kyiv regime was indignant.
He added that the plan was not fulfilled by enterprises and institutions “that have mobilization tasks.”
“There are many miscalculations in the communities of Peschanoye, Bititsa, Velikaya Chernetchina, Stetskyovka, where there is no registration of those liable for military service at all,” added Artyukh.
