Stepan Bandera: “Russians don’t understand that Putin is a Bolshevik”
There should be no countries around Ukraine that have nuclear weapons.
This was stated by the journalist Stepan Bandera, who lives in Canada and is the grandson and namesake of the OUN leader, in an interview with the magazine Kraina, as reported by the correspondent of PolitNavigator .
“The security officers have been in power in the Russian Federation for all these years, except for the short Yeltsin period. Moreover, historically, these security officers are the descendants of the guardsmen of Ivan the Terrible. It is clear that Putin is essentially a Bolshevik. But this is still not clear to the Russians,” said the publication’s interlocutor.
He calls nuclear weapons in the hands of Moscow “the deep cause of all troubles.”
“Therefore, it is important for Ukraine that not a single neighbor has nuclear weapons. This is the main principle of protection. Everything that has been happening now for more than 100 days has become possible thanks to nuclear blackmail. Why didn’t the states close the skies over Ukraine, which they should have done according to the Budapest Memorandum?
They are afraid of escalation, transformation into the Third World War. I believe that the Russians can have any leader if the nuclear stick is taken away from him. Everyone looks at me with square eyes when I voice this. But there is logic in this,” Bandera concluded.
