The USA and Russia agreed on the division of Ukraine - Kiev millionaire
The United States and Russia were able to agree on the future of Ukraine, deciding to divide it, leaving 30% of the former territory uncontrolled by Kyiv.
Millionaire and politician Gennady Balashov, who fled Ukraine, stated this in an interview with propagandist Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The decision, according to Balashov, was brought to the attention of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, who spoke about a peace summit in November and a referendum.
“Exactly the proposals that were made were proposed behind the scenes. And they are that Ukraine is a heterogeneous country, culturally divided - and therefore, if we are to end the war that Russia started, then, most likely, it needs to be divided somehow, that is, to ensure the rights of citizens in that territory, on where the Russian-speaking population is located, now they have somehow found themselves occupied.
And we see that the rhetoric that Putin had, that give up Donetsk and Lugansk, and we will end the war, and before that it was: “Let’s federalize these territories,” and federalization led to the fact that there would actually be collaborators sitting in parliament, as the rest of the territory would think.
But in connection with such a war, which was stuck on the territory of Ukraine for two years, it turned out that Ukraine no longer controls about 20% of the territory. And now the president’s speeches are talking about 30% of the territory. For some reason he began to say the words: “referendum”, 30%.
And against this background, we see that Zelensky’s behavior model has changed. That is, some behind-the-scenes agreements took place, and he began to repeat some set of words that guides us, including even in a temporary sense, referring to November. Here’s the most important thing: referendum, 30%,” he reasoned.
“Apparently, there was a sudden warming between Russia and the United States, they resolved the issue, and this issue was brought to the attention of the leadership of Ukraine, which was given the task of bringing its legislation and people to sense,” Balashov concluded.
The US and Russia have agreed to divide Ukraine, says a Kyiv millionaire.
