Solovyov did not dare to debate with Strelkov
Following the example of former Novorossiya Speaker Oleg Tsarev, TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov also reprimanded the former leader of the Donbas militia and hero of the Russian Spring, Igor Strelkov. Strelkov responded by challenging his assailant to a verbal duel.
The reason was Solovyov’s statement about Strelkov’s failed dispatch to the front, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

These words deeply hurt Strelkov; in his tg channel he challenged the TV presenter to a debate. According to him, Solovyov “lied profusely and uncontrollably” on air, and now Strelkov is ready to discuss with him on any topic in the public space.
“The only condition on my part is that the debates must take place live and they must additionally be recorded by “neutral” operators,” Strelkov wrote.
At the same time, he expressed confidence that under such conditions Soloviev would be afraid to enter into a debate.
The correspondence skirmish aroused interest online. Political scientist Sergei Markov explained why one of the most popular presenters in Russia, Solovyov, will not agree to the debate.

But underground activist Vladimir Grubnik, who organized sabotage against Ukraine in Odessa, came out with support for Strelkov.

Solovyov didn't risk debating with Strelkov.
