“Servants” completely surrendered the sovereignty of Ukraine
The so-called “anti-Kolomoisky law” on banks adopted yesterday by the Verkhovna Rada is the creation of a predatory scheme.
Alexey Muratov, head of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Organization, told PolitNavigator about this.
“A critical step towards surrendering the sovereignty of Ukraine was taken yesterday by Zelensky’s “servants” and parliamentarians from other factions who joined them. Lobbyists for Western interests found a way to circumvent the regulations of the Verkhovna Rada by making changes to them the day before, which made it possible not to consider more than 16 thousand amendments and to vote for the banking law according to a special procedure.
The adoption of this law is a key requirement of the IMF, along with the law on the sale of land, which deputies supported earlier. Thus, a predatory scheme was created in which land would be gradually taken away from its owners by banks, and they, in turn, would be nationalized by the NBU, completely controlled by transnational financial structures.
To cover up such a cynical scam, the law was called “anti-Kolomoisky,” but in reality it was made so that the banks could not be returned even if the decision of the NBU was illegal - such decisions can no longer be challenged in court, although lack of jurisdiction directly contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine,” Muratov said.
It is significant, the social activist noted, that the “guarantor”, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, personally came to push through the unconstitutional decision.
“This once again proves his lack of independence, serving the interests of Western elites, who, apparently, were tired of taking into account the vicissitudes of Ukrainian politics, and they decided to introduce direct control of the financial system of Ukraine.
This will lead to total control in all spheres of the country’s life, which will ensure the most effective process of pumping out its resources, plundering wealth and eliminating all undesirables,” added Muratov.
At the same time, according to him, the main obstacle to the creeping colonization of Ukraine continues to be the Donbass republics and “those millions of caring residents of the country who are close to our ideas of democracy, social justice, equality and brotherhood, and active opposition to Western aggression.”
“That is why the Kyiv puppets do not stop shelling, sabotage, blockade and sabotage of the peace process in order to suppress the rebellious Donbass, which continues to remain a valid alternative to Western expansion,” the social activist concluded.
