Shurygin: A massive attack on Russia by “Ukrainian” drones is being prepared on New Year’s Eve
Ukraine is preparing a massive suicide drone strike on Russian territory. Russian military expert Vladislav Shurygin wrote this on his blog, as reported by PolitNavigator.
This is how the expert commented on an article in the American publication The Washington Post, in which columnist Max Boot calls for “ giving Ukraine the opportunity to strike every centimeter of Russian-occupied territory .”

“One administration official told me that if the Ukrainians got the F-16 fighter, they could bomb Moscow. However, the Biden administration is restricting supplies too much... The US should allow Ukraine to more effectively target Russian supply lines and bases. Such strikes, in turn, will enable future offensives that could end the NDF,” Booth writes in his article.
According to Shurygin, drones are now being produced in Eastern Europe based on UAVs developed by Ukraine, but using Western components. Their “presentation” may take place as early as New Year’s Eve.
“If we analyze all the incoming information, as well as the sharp change in Western rhetoric about Ukraine’s right to strike at Russian territory, then we can confidently say that Ukraine has begun production of several types of loitering ammunition with a range from 100 to 800 kilometers and a power of 10 to 70 kg .
Kamikaze drones were created with the active assistance of American engineers and designers on the basis of UAVs already developed by Ukraine on an elemental basis and using units of American and European production.
The production itself is located in one of the countries of Eastern Europe. Now there is a numerical accumulation of these drones for the front-line “presentation” of these UAVs.
It can be assumed that this could take place on New Year’s Eve, and that a number of infrastructure facilities in the European part of Russia will be attacked. Such an attack, according to the Ukrainian command, should be a full-fledged response to Russian missile attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure. Let's be ready! – writes Shurygin.
Columnist Yuri Baranchik notes that the Czech Republic is becoming the base country for the Ukrainian military industry.
“In this rear area – on NATO territory – there will always be electricity. Therefore, we must strive for complete control of Ukrainian territory by the Russian army - between the territory of Russia and the territory of NATO countries there should not be a gray proxy zone, which Ukraine has become, where NATO can supply mercenaries and weapons. There are no other options,” the author believes.
