Sevastopol, April 25 (Navigator, Egor Kagorov) – “Sevastopol Marine Plant named after Ordzhonikidze” cannot fulfill the current order due to the lack of specialists. According to her, the plant currently has only one large order - the construction of a pontoon floating crane for lifting submarines. In particular, it was intended for the Ukrainian submarine "Zaporozhye", whose crew members have currently taken the oath of the Russian Federation.
The catch is that about 50 qualified specialists from Southern Ukraine worked on the construction of the new floating crane. Due to political circumstances, they were forced to leave the territory of Sevastopol. The management of SMZ states that there is no one to replace these workers yet.
Deputy Minister Blinova promised that the issue would be considered at the federal level.
“Either personnel from Russia will be attracted, or the issue of concluding contracts with specialists who left Sevastopol will be resolved. And you, in turn, are looking for reserves in your region,” concluded the deputy. Minister.
