"We've received Kornets. We've received tanks, armored personnel carriers, and we're buying new Pantsirs," Vulin, who previously served as Defense Minister, said during a conversation with Shoigu in Moscow.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Serbia conveyed to the Russian Minister of Defense “personal greetings and deep gratitude from Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic for all these years of joint struggle and development of relations.”

“Everything that we agreed on is being implemented,” Vulin noted, calling Sergei Shoigu his personal friend and friend of Serbia.

The Russian Defense Minister, in turn, noted that cooperation between Russia and Serbia in recent years has become dynamic and diverse, and that the results of the recent meeting between Russian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Serbian Presidents Aleksandar Vucic are further confirmation of this.

“The presidents of our countries agreed on the further development of bilateral cooperation in various fields, including in the military sphere. We continue military cooperation. We carry out joint exercises, and every year there are more and more of them. Our military cooperation program is expanding. Military-technical cooperation is developing well, the program that we planned many years ago is being implemented in stages, on time and to the extent that we agreed on,” Shoigu said.
