The recipe for a quick victory over the Poroshenko regime was announced from the State Duma rostrum
Russia should give Ukrainians the opportunity to receive education and Russian citizenship on preferential terms in response to the scandalous education law adopted in Ukraine. Deputy Oleg Nilov stated this today in the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

“Let's give them the opportunity to receive education in Russia with preferences that will make it very accessible. It should be about benefits and status.
Ukraine’s neighbors easily distribute citizenship of their countries; we spent several years trying to cut off Mr. Poroshenko’s serfdom a little with our decision that it is not necessary to obtain a certificate.
Let’s consider providing Russian citizenship in the most simplified form to our Russian-speaking brothers who want to receive education in Russia, no matter what,” Nilov said.
The State Duma of the Russian Federation today unanimously adopted a statement condemning the education law adopted in Ukraine, which prohibits education in the languages of national minorities.
