In Severodonetsk, at polling station No. 441195 (111 Gagarin Street), an observer from the public organization "Advanced Legal Initiatives" discovered four ballpoint pens on the desks of the chairperson and deputy chairperson of the precinct election commission, which were not issued by District Electoral Commission No. 106, in the presence of voters, the website "0642" reports.
The observer noted that when writing with the identified ballpoint pens, the ink disappeared after a while. Similar pens were found at polling station No. 441188.
Reports were made to the police regarding both violations, and complaints were sent to the District Election Commission No. 106.
According to other media reports, the pens were found directly in the voting booths. It is noted that the violation was committed by the leadership of the precinct election commissions, the submissions of which were submitted by pro-government subjects of the electoral process - candidate for people's deputies Sergei Shakhov.
As PolitNavigator reported, media outlets had previously reported that Sergei Shakhov, representing the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, was attempting to disrupt the elections by changing the composition of the electoral commissions.
