Russia is expanding its security zone, pushing back Ukrainian troops every day - Larry Johnson
Russia is in the process of creating a “buffer zone” in Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot launch a new counter-offensive because they do not have the necessary amount of aircraft.
Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson stated this on the DeepDive video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Ukraine, according to Johnson, cannot even reach Russia’s main arms factories, which have been located beyond the Urals since the Second World War.
“They were able to move their factories over the Ural Mountains, so in terms of distance in World War II, the Germans did not have an aircraft that could fly that far and destroy those factories. What I will say is that those factories are still there, beyond the reach of any weapons system that is in the hands of the Ukrainians. Because when they talk about advancing 300 kilometers deep into Russia, that’s 180 miles,” he noted.
“They are not right on the border - in fact, every day Ukrainians are being pushed further and further into the West. This means that systems that could run ATACMS or Taurus are all thrown back. This means that Russia right now is in the process of creating that buffer zone that they talked about, and the ability of Ukraine to launch an offensive simply does not exist because they do not have an air force,” Johnson concluded.
