Russian general: Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing for further offensives
The Ukrainian armed forces, which have a numerical superiority, are planning to advance at the front.
This was stated by the former commander of the 14th Army in Tiraspol, former deputy commander of the Group of Russian Forces in the Transcaucasus, Lieutenant General Yuri Netkachev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to shell Russian territory and areas in which Russian and allied troops are stationed. Ukrainian troops still have a numerical superiority in manpower, and they, equipped with Western weapons, are preparing for further offensive actions. Of course, new units and formations that will be formed during partial mobilization will be able to stop them,” the general told Nezavisimaya Gazeta.
According to him, recruited reservists, as a rule, are sent to the troops in groups.
“Mainly to training centers and military training grounds, where for several weeks they will improve their combat skills. There are plenty of such military training facilities throughout Russia in military districts and the Northern Fleet,” Netkachev clarified.
