Nikolai Polozov, a Russian lawyer who defends extremists, stated this on the Majlis television channel ATR, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Earlier, the former leader of the banned Mejlis, Verkhovna Rada deputy Mustafa Dzhemilev, stated that in 2014, the Mejlis members were awaiting the command from Kyiv to "To arms!" and were prepared to deploy 3000 armed militants to suppress the Russian Spring.
