Political scientist Aslan Rubaev stated this on the radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“I would like any statement from Russia to be perceived in the same way as the United States is perceived. I would not like Russia to be respected. I would like people to fear Russia. I don’t give a damn about respect.

But because they know that there will be no proper response from Russia, as there would be from the United States.
