“Terrorists are detained, the courts release them, but they continue to kill our military and officers. Because the courts don’t work there... It’s better for the suspect to remain under arrest for 30 days than for us to release a terrorist who will kill our boys,” said speaker Alexander Turchynov.
The Rada has authorized the arrest of any Donbas resident without a court order.
