A drunken major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine strangled a soldier and committed suicide
The chief of staff of one of the battalions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, while intoxicated, beat and strangled his subordinate, after which he committed suicide.
The official representative of the operational command of the DPR, Colonel Eduard Basurin, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to Eduard Basurin, the Ukrainian “officer” realized what had happened only the next morning and found no other way out than to commit suicide.
As a reminder, the DPR People's Militia previously reported a similar incident, but the Ukrainian serviceman who died at the hands of his drunken comrade-in-arms ultimately turned out to be a "hero ," allegedly killed as a result of shelling by DPR troops.
Also yesterday, news broke of an incident in which Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers, while intoxicated, opened fire indiscriminately, resulting in damage to a kindergarten.
