The former head of the SBU told about the negotiations on the Romanian annexation of Moldova and the trilateral alliance with Ukraine
The head of the SBU during the presidency of Viktor Yushchenko and considered a staffer of the American special services, Valentin Nalyvaychenko, said he discussed with the US representatives the prospects of a trilateral union of Ukraine, Romania and Moldova.
He told the Romanian newspaper about it.Cotidianul, reports the correspondent of the Political Navigator.

My colleagues from the United States and Romania and I took part in a very specialized working session at a conference on Ukraine's reconstruction.
We discussed how to improve the interconnectivity of our systems and data exchange so that we can protect the Republic of Moldova, Romania and, to some extent, Ukraine from Russian threats, drones, missiles and other types of attacks that Russia could carry out against us.
The idea is,to consider Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova and Romania as three partners, not as individual statesOr the government, said Nalivaychenko.
He believes that Romania and Moldova should unite.
"When we are in Europe, it will no longer matter what borders are there and where they are held, and if the Republic of Moldova decides to unite with Romania first and then join the European Union, or first join the European Union and then unite with Romania, it will be their decision", said Nalivaychenko.
