Moscow - Simferopol, March 19 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - A bridge is needed across the Kerch Strait for both trains and cars, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“We need both a road and a railway bridge there,” he said at a meeting with government members.
“The feasibility study will naturally include all options, but in any case, a combined railway bridge, and the option of a tunnel under the Kerch Strait will also be considered,” assured Industry Minister Maxim Sokolov.
