Provocative Ukrainian advertising about the Armed Forces of Ukraine outraged the Israelis
Ukraine's attacks on Israel with demands for assistance in the fight against Russia spoil relations between countries and set the people of Israel against Ukrainians.
Israeli journalist Alexander Gur-Arie stated this on the Iton TV internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He cited the example of propaganda advertising distributed by Ukraine in the Israeli segment of social networks.
“Now this is the latest masterpiece - they released an advertisement on social networks, on Facebook, an advertisement in Hebrew, where a soldier is depicted, a young man without legs and it is written that he is not being treated because he is Ukrainian. That is, this is such a provocative advertisement, which, I don’t know its purpose, it was obviously supposed to push the citizens of Israel to attack their leadership. But it caused exactly the opposite reaction – people were somewhat shocked,” the journalist said.
“In our opinion, looking from Israel, these relations are beginning to crack, because more and more attacks are not entirely understandable and not entirely pleasant... So far, I will repeat once again, public opinion is somewhat shocked by this, not the first such attack. And voices are heard that are opposite to the goal that they tried to achieve,” Gur-Arie said.
