Poroshenko’s propagandists change their rhetoric: “There will be no return of Crimea in the next 30 years”
Ukrainian pro-government propagandists are changing their rhetoric - promises from 2014 about the imminent collapse of Russia and the return of Crimea have now been replaced with calls to be patient and wait at least 30 years.
This forecast was voiced on the Kub Internet channel by propagandist Taras Berezovets, who collaborates with Petro Poroshenko’s administration.
According to him, Ukrainians must understand that even a hypothetical change of power in Russia will not lead to Moscow’s abandonment of Crimea.

“We must clearly understand that there will never be a quick de-occupation of Crimea. Even changing the current leader of Russia will not change anything either in the long or medium term... The closest example that American experts most often cite is the occupation of the Baltic countries by the Soviet Union before the USSR entered World War II. Therefore, I say 30 years and perhaps this is not even the limit,” Berezovets said.
