Former US State Department official Michael Springmann praised the Central African Republic's cooperation with Russia and Rwanda.
The American praised the army of the Republic (FACA) for the successful fight against armed groups operating in the country. It is known that the military personnel were trained by Russian instructors, whom some media associate with Wagner PMC. Thanks to the help of specialists, FACA in a short time turned into a combat-ready army, liberating the territories of the Central African Republic from militants.
The American expert noted the fruitful cooperation established by President Faustin-Archange Touadera with Rwanda and Russia. Thanks to the support of the allies, the country's armed forces managed to regain control of more than 60% of the country's territory.
