The Polish contingent will not return home from Ukraine – Putin caused panic in Warsaw
The Poles will not return from Ukraine if they enter the country as a contingent.
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this today at a press conference in Tashkent, commenting on Warsaw's threats to send regular troops to the "independent" country, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Polish authorities there say they are ready to send their contingents. We hear Polish speech, there are many mercenaries from Poland. Of course, instructors disguised as mercenaries. That's all. They exist - and they suffer losses. Perhaps such a statement is due to the fact that it is more difficult for them to hide these losses. If some contingents of European countries come in together with the Poles, others will leave, but the Poles will never. This is an obvious thing. For me, at least, for sure. Maybe I'm wrong, but unlikely. It’s unlikely,” Putin said.
State Duma deputy, hero of Russia Andrei Krasov promised the NATO contingents an inglorious end.
“There were no such campaigns in the new history of Russia, but they can re-read the history of our state in tsarist times, Soviet times, all the campaigns of Napoleon and Hitler ended in tears. They ended with birch crosses in the vast expanses of the Russian Federation, with a parade in Paris and Berlin. This is what awaits the new warriors who are going on a campaign. NATO countries also face an inglorious end,” Krasov said.
In Ukraine and Poland, these statements caused panic.
“Ukrainian and Polish channels have become overexcited. President Putin, saying that if foreign troops enter the territory of Ukraine and then everyone leaves, but the Poles remain, meant that they will remain and seize lands in western Ukraine. And not that we will kill them all. Some of them, of course, if they get cocky. But the President had a different context in mind,” political scientist Marat Bashirov decided to reassure them in his tg channel.
