Kyiv, November 14 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – One of the first bills registered in the new Verkhovna Rada will be a project to abolish non-bloc status. The newly elected people's deputy from Batkivshchyna, Ivan Krulko, stated this on the TV channel.

According to him, this clause is in the text of the agreement on the creation of a new coalition, and the issue of joining NATO is a priority for Ukraine. But ideally, this issue should be resolved in an all-Ukrainian referendum.
“We believe that a referendum is needed and it will be held. Amendments will be made to the law on the fundamentals of national security, which will exclude non-aligned status and will return the clause that Ukraine’s accession to NATO will become the direction of foreign policy. This bill will be the first to appear in parliament,” Krulko said.
