Ukrainian schoolchildren have failed exams in Ukrainian language and literature, despite the fact that the “colonial power” has been expelled from Kyiv for a year now.

Director of the Ukrainian Center for Assessment of the Quality of Education Igor Likarchuk stated this at a briefing in Kyiv.

According to him, throughout Ukraine there are only 12 excellent students of external independent assessment.

“For the basic test, 200 out of 158 thousand received 300 points. This represents 0,06% of the total who underwent external assessment. It is very sad. And the maximum number of test points is 104 points, scored by only 12 people throughout Ukraine,” Likarchuk complained.
