Yatsenyuk’s “Plan B” in Donbass: all hopes for Western partners
Kyiv, February 15 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk believes that he has a “plan B” in case the truce in Donbass fails.

“You must always be prepared that Putin will not fulfill his agreements, because he never fulfills them. The Minsk agreements are another step towards peace. But everything depends on the world and our Western allies, who are able to force Russia to do at least something to which it puts its signature,” he said on the 1+1 TV channel, talking about “Plan B.”
“Peace can only be achieved and guaranteed only when Ukraine can defend itself. This is now the most important time to strengthen the defense capability of the Ukrainian state. And to receive assistance from our Western partners, primarily military-technical. As for Donbass, it will be good if we move from the military to the political phase, but I want to point out right away that no one will legalize terrorists with our hands, with the hands of the central government. And also to legalize their enclave, which they decided to establish there,” said the Ukrainian Prime Minister.
“Complete restoration of control over the entire Ukrainian territory, including Donetsk and Lugansk. Effect of Ukrainian laws. Disarmament of all illegal groups. Restoration of state power in every village and city. And on Russian bandits and terrorists from the territory and restoration of control over the border between Ukraine and Russia. These are key requirements,” Yatsenyuk emphasized.
