Russia has suspended a large number of reconnaissance satellites over Ukraine, which will help, among other things, with the destruction of Western equipment.
Retired SBU colonel and military expert Oleg Starikov stated this on the Internet channel “Yes, it is so,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Russia has recently launched a large number of spy satellites. These are satellites that fly at a distance of 180-250 kilometers from the earth. They launch a lot of them,” Starikov said.
He emphasized that these satellites will calculate the launch sites of NATO missiles.
“Including radio reconnaissance and electronic reconnaissance satellites, including those that detect the torch from a rocket takeoff. Putin set the task, and they will catch ATACMS and Taurus and HIMARS missiles.
And now they are hovering over the territory of Ukraine, receiving intelligence information,” the expert concluded.
