Kyiv, March 06 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Security Council Secretary Andrei Parubiy confirmed that Ukraine was negotiating with the United States on the introduction of American warships into the Black Sea in response to Russia’s actions in Crimea.

“Negotiations took place with our partners... This is one of the mechanisms for ensuring security in the region,” he said on Channel 5.

“The Russian military is provoking a conflict that could go far beyond the borders of Crimea,” Parubiy warned.
