Deputy Chief of the Press Service of the US State Department Mark Toner stated this at a press conference, the State Department website reports.
“On July 18, there was a series of attacks in eastern Ukraine, which again raises concerns. Seven representatives of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were killed and 14 were injured. This is the highest number of casualties in one day during the year, and it threatens the ceasefire and the implementation of the Minsk agreements. So we are all concerned about this,” Toner said.
