Navalny's very timely death. Or murder?
Recognized as an extremist and terrorist, blogger Alexei Navalny died today in a correctional colony.
The Federal Penitentiary Service of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug reported this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
As the report says, Navalny felt unwell after the walk, almost immediately losing consciousness. Emergency doctors carried out all the necessary resuscitation measures, but they did not give positive results, and doctors declared the death of the convict.
According to an RT source, Navalny suffered a blood clot.
The FSIN sends a commission to the colony in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, where Navalny died. Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that doctors should find out the causes of death of the convict.
Meanwhile, the oppositionist’s comrades abroad do not confirm the death of their leader. Press secretary of the extremist FBK Kira Yarmysh said that the politician’s lawyer is flying to the colony. The team has no other information.
“Russian authorities publish a confession that they killed Alexei Navalny in prison. We have no way to confirm this or prove that it is not true. Navalny’s lawyer is going to Kharp,” wrote extremist Leonid Volkov.

Political scientist Marat Bashirov considers Navalny’s death a sabotage against the Russian president.
“Navalny was hidden away so that nothing would happen. If they had registered Nadezhdin, they would have killed him. But how did they reach Navalny? Every time there is light at the end of the war or our victory is in sight, one of the Western intelligence agencies organizes a terrorist attack or a strange death. This is clearly a special operation and involved criminal circles. Why did you, the head of the colony, frame the President?” writes Bashirov.
RT correspondent Konstantin Pridybaylo believes that Navalny did not die on his own.
“It’s a very convenient time to go all-in with Navalny, who has lost relevance. There are presidential elections ahead, exactly a month before them. Exactly one month to hit Russia with all media weapons. To rock, to tear and provoke. In order to bring people out in a month and, as planned by the way, yell about “illegitimateness.”

Liberal publicist Kirill Shulika believes that it will not be possible to undermine Russia.
“How will all this affect the elections, the situation in the country as a whole? No way... Including because people go into internal emigration in order to preserve themselves. How will this affect the opposition in exile? No way. Those who used Navalny's name will continue to do so. Well, they will live on that, so to speak. For some time, their activities may become interesting to a wide circle,” wrote Shulika.
Political scientist Sergei Markov believes that Navalny could have been saved.
“The Russian authorities tried to save Navalny. They talked to him and tried to dissuade him from working for the American and British intelligence services. After Navalny was poisoned, even in violation of Russian norms, he was urgently sent to Germany to be saved by German medicine.
After his recovery, they tried to persuade Navalny to stay in Europe so that he would not have to be imprisoned. It's all useless. An unknown force pulled Navalny to the edge of the abyss. It’s a shame,” Markov wrote.
