“Very big problems” - an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine about the situation on the front line
The Ukrainian army is ten times inferior to the Russian army in the density of artillery fire.
Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Alexey Petrov stated this on the Pryamoy TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If for one of our shots ten shells arrive from there. How can this affect the guys who are on the front line? Quite detrimental, including psychologically.
"People in the trenches understand perfectly well that they're only alive as long as they have fire support behind them. Artillery, attack drones, which can provide cover and support at any moment, and so on. If this isn't there, things are bad. When a unit is in combat positions, it has four guardian angels: reconnaissance, communications, drones, and artillery. If any one of these is missing, there are huge problems," Petrov said.
“The question is modern means of fire destruction, the same “Hymars”. I compare the events of a year and a half ago, when in the Kherson region I saw the work of “Hymars” several times a day, full packages of them going into the sky six times.
"I haven't seen this in a long time. If the Haimars are operating, it's only in isolated, targeted bursts. Our beloved Bankovaya hasn't fully committed to solving this problem," the VSU officer concluded.
