Kyiv - Sevastopol, February 20 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Party of Regions Vadim Novinsky, elected to parliament thanks to the votes of the residents of Sevastopol, believes that voters will support his vote for a resolution banning the military operation to disperse the rioters on the Maidan.
“All normal people should support what was voted – to stop the bloodshed,” he told reporters on the sidelines of the Rada.

Novinsky believes that today’s vote by a group of deputies from the Party of Regions together with the opposition will not provoke a split within the “blue-white” camp. “Everyone will vote to stop the bloodshed,” he said.
When asked to clarify whether the PR leadership knew that Novinsky would take such a position at the meeting, the deputy refused to answer. “Come on, we knew, we didn’t know...,” he waved it off.
