Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, announced this at a meeting of the UN Security Council, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"All of the SVO's goals will be achieved one way or another. If these goals cannot be achieved peacefully, by transforming Ukraine into a normal, good-neighborly state that poses no threat to Russia, then this goal will be achieved militarily."
