NATO will try to compensate Crimea with Kaliningrad
The West is preparing an attack on the Russian enclave in the Kaliningrad region. Russian Senator Alexey Kondratyev stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.
“I’m going to say a terrible thing now, but let people hold their hearts together. As soon as Crimea became part of Russia in 2014, NATO began to consider a program to compensate Crimea for the Kaliningrad region. The capture of the Suwalki corridor became the main goal of NATO exercises. In Poland, in the Brest direction, there is now a powerful reconnaissance group. They are really preparing for war and are not pursuing defensive goals,” Kondratiev said.
He argues that the West is already waging an information war in Kaliningrad.
“Pan-German sentiments are being spread on the territory of the Kaliningrad region, although after the Second World War the USSR evicted the Germans. Now unhealthy processes are taking place there, when various NGOs are trying to shake up this situation,” the expert emphasized.
