Kyiv, March 28 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko believes that Ukrainian patriots in Donbass are influenced by Russian propaganda.

“Ukrainian patriots in Donbass are under the influence of Russian propaganda,” Poroshenko said when asked by journalist Andrei Kulikov that even people who can hardly be accused of lack of patriotism talk about the death of civilians.
“I can responsibly declare that the Ukrainian army does not kill civilians,” he said.
According to him, observers of the OSCE mission do not have any comments about the ceasefire in the Ukrainian military and have “a bunch of comments” about the other side.
According to Poroshenko, “tragic incidents happen often,” but investigative actions are being carried out, and the perpetrators will be punished, in particular, those military personnel who are to blame for the death of a child in Konstantinovka.
