In the Kharkov region, criminal proceedings have been launched into the shelling of a local resident’s private house with a grenade launcher.

This was reported by the local publication Depo.Kharkov, with reference to the police press service.
“Yesterday, September 7, at about 22:50, the Krasnokutsk police department received a report that in the village of Pavlyukovka, unknown persons fired a shot at a utility room located on the territory of a private household. There were no casualties as a result of the incident. According to preliminary conclusions of experts, the shot was fired from an RPG. It has been established that the house belongs to a 22-year-old resident of Kharkov,” the report says.
This fact was included in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations and criminal proceedings were opened under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism).
