Ukraine refuses to comply with the Minsk Agreements and is deliberately targeting civilian-populated areas in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). Prominent Ukrainian lawyer Tatyana Montyan stated this on the KRT television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Montyan emphasized that she is now in Donetsk and regularly visits front-line areas.
“The comrades sitting on the side of the controlled territories in the Contact Group do not want peace. They do not want to implement the Minsk agreements, they never intended to implement them, but, on the other hand, the Western masters are not yet allowing them to leave.
Everything is very simple - when they brought Fokin into this group, he simply read out to them the procedure for implementing the Minsk Agreements. Everyone remembers what happened to Fokin.
