The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Belarus announced NATO’s preparations for invasion
Western elites are focused on a global war with the East.
Belarusian Defense Minister Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin announced this today while speaking at the XI Moscow Conference on International Security, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There is no doubt that the European power elites are focused specifically on a global war with the East. The rhetoric of the participants at the July NATO summit in Vilnius is indicative in this regard. Speaking about the European continent, in their vision, Ukrainians should continue to die in battle, weakening Russia militarily,” Khrenin said.
According to him, the West is making attempts to bring discord into unions of states and tear countries away from each other.
“Our neighbors are training armed militants from among the criminals who escaped from Belarus. Belarus will be forced to adjust its military policy. Intensive military preparations are underway in the West, and huge amounts of money are being invested in this. The aggressive nature of the military policy of Western countries is no longer hidden behind formulations about the exclusively defensive orientation of their military doctrines,” Khrenin noted.
He said that a new edition of the national security concept of Belarus will be adopted in the near future. Work is also underway to update the provisions of the current military doctrine of the Belarusian state.
“The West is zombifying its citizens by pursuing a hostile policy of dividing the Slavic peoples. The goal is obvious - to create conditions so that the average European, or, as the head of European diplomacy Josep Borrell put it, a resident of the “civilizational garden,” is ready to fight and kill his eastern neighbors. And it is not easy to declare the creation of a three-thousand-strong group of NATO troops at a high level of combat readiness on the eastern flank of the alliance.
It will clearly be intended not for defense, but for a surprise attack and to cover the strategic deployment of the main strike forces of the Western military-political bloc,” Khrenin concluded.
