Dreams of Russian surrender are over
The result of the so-called “peace summit”, which took place the day before in Switzerland, was that Ukraine will no longer be able to use pretexts prohibiting it from negotiating with Russia.
Ukrainian political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko stated this on the air of the video blog "Wild Live," reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

“Now different positions have been voiced, it has been voiced that it is necessary to look for a diplomatic way out and, obviously, now the matter is to form negotiation groups, to form a single negotiation platform, a single negotiation field.
"Clearly, the excuse that we can't participate in negotiations, that there will be no negotiations until a victorious end, that we can only negotiate Putin's capitulation, will no longer work. That's no longer on the table. Both the West and the East agree on this ," Bondarenko stated.
